How long does delivery take?

Every product is made specially for you the moment you order (print-on-demand). Allow 2 to 5 working days for production, then 2 to 5 working days for shipping within the Netherlands and the EU. See our full shipping policy for details.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, as long as the product hasn't been worn or washed. See our return and refund policy for the full terms.

What size should I order?

Most products fit true to size. One exception: the 2025 Smits Hoodie runs small — we recommend ordering a size up. Check our size guide or get in touch if you're unsure.

Why isn't my order shipped immediately?

We work print-on-demand: nothing sits in stock, every product is made specially for you the moment you order. It takes a little longer, but avoids overproduction.

Is THE IDENTITY really limited?

Yes. The THE IDENTITY line is released in limited runs and is not restocked once sold out.
